Software Engineer
Bluepoint Strategy Inc -- New York City, NY
Minimum Requirement:
- Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain existing telecommunications system and assist with future upgrades.
- Provide Windows Server OS installation, administration, and maintenance.
- Resolve hardware/software interface and interoperability problems.
- Research, evaluate, and provide feedback on problematic trends in customer support.
- Develop eCommerce platforms and projects, including B2B, CRM, and PIM integration.
- Collaborate with teams to implement eCommerce solutions for purchase and transactions.
- Provide support for production systems and troubleshoot application-related problems.

IT Specialist
Bluepoint Strategy Inc -- New York City, NY
Minimum Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Test and evaluate existing network systems and perform regular maintenance.
- Resolve hardware/software interface and interoperability problems.
- Provide technical support services, including troubleshooting and installation.
- Work with Project Managers to setup customer servers, workstations, and peripherals.
- Evaluate usage patterns and recommend methods for improving the knowledge base.
- Create business requirements and system documentation.
